This Terms of Use governs access to www.taxcare.co.in and the Tax Care Application (the “ITR Platform”), owned and operated by Overseas Apps Private Limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ITR Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

The Services are available only to Indian citizens or NRIs above 18 years of age who are capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

3. Description of Services

Overseas Apps provides a platform for tax return filing and related services. The nature and scope of services may change at any time without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Tax Return Information provided. Overseas Apps acts only as an intermediary platform between You and the Income Tax Department.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds shall be offered once a service has commenced unless determined otherwise at the sole discretion of Overseas Apps.

6. Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available on the ITR Platform.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or government actions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Overseas Apps shall not be liable for damages beyond INR 5000 or the amount mandated under applicable regulatory guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on the ITR Platform are owned by Overseas Apps and protected under applicable Indian laws.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and jurisdiction of courts in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
